Alongside our public courses, we provide in-house construction project management training to suit the particular needs of clients, designers and contractors.
Our in-house training can be configured as individual CPD events or as part of your own training programme. They can focus on an individual's needs or the needs of a team, and we can create a coaching programme based on construction management themes, including risk and quality management, health and safety in construction and managing the design flow.
Courses can take place at your offices or another location at a time to suit you.
