The course follows the syllabus of the Association for Project Management’s Project Risk Management Specific Qualification, (Practitioner). Candidates normally take the exam following the course. This course provides a realistic route to qualification for busy people; and is effective, construction-specific training which concentrates on creating competence.

Format

Two one day taught sessions (Module 1). A project tackled from individuals’ own workplaces, plus our own distance learning material (Module 2). The overall length of study is about three to five weeks. The Risk Management Workbook is issued to candidates. It is intended to be worked through, and applied to the candidate’s own work experience.
